What is your returns policy?
Please note that customised orders including shoes, clothing or bags are made just for you and cannot be returned.
For all items that are not customised
Items must be returned within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.
Items must be unworn and unwashed and have all tags attached.
How much does it cost to return an item?
We’re sorry, but we are unable to offer free returns, returns must be made at your own cost.
We recommend you return items via Recorded Delivery as we cannot process refunds on items that we have not received.
What do I do if my product is faulty or my customisation is incorrect?
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect spellings or customisation.
However if we supply a product that is different to the customisation you have requested please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
Items supplied incorrectly must be returned to us within 14-days from the days you inform us of the error.
