Please note that customised orders including shoes, clothing or bags are made just for you and cannot be returned.
How much does it cost to return an item if it is received incorretly?
We recommend you return items via Recorded Delivery
What do I do if my product is faulty or my customisation is incorrect?
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect spellings or customisation.
However if we supply a product that is different to the customisation you have requested please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
Items supplied incorrectly must be returned to us within 7-days from the days you inform us of the error.
We do not refund customised orders – if an error has occurred the error will be remedied and the shoes re-dispatched.
