Due to the nature of our service, we have always operated in a hygienic environment and will continue to do so.
For customers whose orders are being currently processed, we understand that there may be a requirement to amend certain aspects of your customisation e.g. dates or locations. Should you need to amend any of these details, please contact us in the first instance and we will do our utmost to assist you accordingly.
For new customers looking to place orders, we can assure you that it is business as usual for us and we are still working within the given timeframes on our website.
For any products that require a date to be entered, please be advised that you do not have to do this. You can enter wording such as Just Married, Bride etc.
Due to the UK leaving the EU, there are changes to trade agreements. Customers based in the EU may be require to pay taxes and duties on your purchases when it arrived in the destination country. The carrier (Royal Mail , DPD, Fed Ex_ will contact you prior to delivering the goods.
Please note – we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
