Are these Converse, Vans, Nike and Adidas authentic?
Please rest assured, every pair of shoes we sell are purchased either directly from Converse, Vans, Nike or Adidas or from an authorised distributor. We can guarantee that all our shoes are 100% authentic.
Is the shoe included in the price?
The price shown includes the shoe and the customisation.
Can I send you my shoes?
Sadly, we no longer offer this option. We have to inspect all shoes carefully before we undertake any customisation.
What if I want a design or shoes that you do not have on your website?
We customise shoes, so if you have a design in mind or a pair of shoes that we do not feature please contact us. Send us a link to the shoe with details of your customisation and we will be in touch. We reserve the right not to customise shoes with religious names, profanity, nudity, or any other subjects that may cause offence.
I have just found your site and I need a pair of shoes in a rush?
Our standard delivery schedule is approximately 35-40 working days for UK orders and up to 60-workijng days for International deliveries (weekends/Bank Holidays are not included). If you have just discovered our customised shoes and you are in a rush please contact us first.
Can you customise shoes with my company logo?
Absolutely. We have worked with a range of large companies and individuals to help brand their footwear for marketing purposes or just for fun.
Swarovski Crystals
Our crystal / pearl designs are created with Swarovski crystals. We do not use acrylic, plastic or resin crystals. Swarovski crystals are precision created which produces brilliant crystals and the ultimate bling.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship our custom kicks world-wide. All sizes shown are UK, if you are ordering outside the UK it is your responsibility to select the correct size.
Due to the UK leaving the EU, there are changes to trade agreements. Customers based in the EU may be require to pay taxes and duties on your purchases when it arrived in the destination country. The carrier (Royal Mail , DPD, Fed Ex) will contact you prior to delivering the goods.
Please note – we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
Returns
All our shoes are made-to-order and returns are not accepted, so please ensure you order the correct size you require and that your customisation is all correct.
Is the customisation durable?
Oh Yes – the customisation is extremely durable and should last the lifetime of the shoe however, exposure to chemicals or extreme heat/cold will reduce the life expectancy of the inks used. Please do not put your shoes in the washing machine, Converse do not recommend shoes are placed in a washing machine and you can damage the inks/crystals by doing so. We will not accept any responsibility for damage to ink as a result of this.
