What is your returns policy?
Please note that all orders are classified as made-to-order and cannot be returned.
What do I do if my product is faulty or my customisation is incorrect?
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect spellings or customisation.
If we supply a product that is different to the customisation you have ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your shoes.
Items supplied incorrectly must be returned to us within 7-days from the day you inform us of the error.
We do not refund customised orders – if an error has occurred the error will be remedied and the shoes re-dispatched.
